摘　　要：回顾分析湖北省急救医师技能竞赛中创伤急救颈椎保护比赛结果，了解全省急救医师保护颈椎的意识、手法等基本技能掌握情况。全省19支三级甲等医院（含市州级急救中心）代表队的38人参赛，6支队实施了颈椎保护动作，2支队未对颈椎进行任何保护。提示在临床工作中要不断强化保护颈椎意识、规范保护颈椎手法和正确放置颈托的方法。Retrospective analysis was conducted for the results of first-aid competitions so as to understand the present status of how emergency doctors of Hubei Province grasp the skills and eonseiousnesses of cervical immobilization. From 6 out of 19 teams, 38 participating doctors from grade 3A hospitals provided patient cervical immobilization while 2 teams offered no cervical protection. It is necessary to intensify the skills and eonsciousnesses of cervical immobilization in clinical practice.
