摘 要:文化,是一个过国家、一个民族亘古不变、历史不衰的灵魂;企业文化是一个企业赖以依存的精神脊梁,也是企业的一面旗帜;保险企业文化,是保险这一独特行业的气质与特征。我国的保险企业文化既与西方的保险企业文化有不同之处,也与银行、证券企业文化有区别,当然也有共同之处。文化、企业文化、保险企业文化,是一个大课题。保险企业文化(有学者亦称保险文化)乃是最近才摆在学者文案上的新课题,有着许多有待发掘的精神瑰宝。有关保险企业文化的研究已经全方位展开,将会呈现一个激扬文字、百舸争流的大好局面。Culture is the everlasting soul of a country and a nation. Enterprise culture is a spirit backbone for an enterprise to rely on, and also is its banner. Insurance enterprise culture is a unique nature and character- istics for insurance companies. The insurance enterprise culture of our country differs from that of western coun- tries and from that of banks and securities and bonds, and of course, they have something in common. Culture, enterprise culture and insurance enterprise culture are big issues to research. Insurance enterprise culture (also called insurance culture) is a new scope recently proposed to discuss and it needs studying deeply. Studies of in- surance enterprise culture has been at full blast, and it will present an encouraging world.
