摘　　要：阐述了数控机床行业售后服务的内容与意义,分析了国产数控机床行业售后服务现状,指出了目前存在的主要问题。对数控机床售后服务未来的发展的提出了意见与建议,对国产数控机床行业售后服务问题的总体情况进行了概括并对未来的发展做出了展望。The contents and meaning of domestic CNC machine tool industry after-sale service are elaborated. Current situation of domestic CNC machine tool industry after-sale service bad beenanalyzed, and main problems currently are pointed out. Opinions and suggestions of future development of CNC machine tool after-sale service are put forward. Finally the overall situation of the problem of domestic CNC machine tool after-sale service is summarized and the future development is prospected.
