摘　　要：目的:探讨ICU治疗重症急性胰腺炎的临床疗效。方法:以2008年1月1日-2012年9月1日在本院就诊的180例重症急性胰腺炎患者为观察对象,患者依据随机分组法分为对照组和实验组,对照组患者行常规的临床治疗,实验组患者接受ICU治疗,对比两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果:实验组患者的临床死亡率、住院治疗时间和机械通气治疗时间等临床指标均显著优于对照组患者,两组患者临床治疗效果比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:重症急性胰腺炎患者接受ICU治疗,具有较为满意的临床治疗效果,能够显著降低患者的临床死亡率,因而临床应用价值较高。Objective： To investigate the ICU clinical curative effect of treatment for severe acute pancreatitis. Method： From January 1, 2008 to September 1, 2012, 180 cases with severe acute pancreatitis were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, control group received routine treatment, and experimental group received ICU treatment. To compare the clinical therapeutic effect of the two groups. Result： The clinical mortality, hospitalization time, mechanical ventilation in the treatment of time, and other clinical indices in the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group, there was statistics difference between the two groups （P〈0.05） . Conclusion： The clinical findings of visible, patients with severe acute pancreatitis treated by ICU, has a satisfactory clinical effect in the treatment of patients, which can significantly reduce mortality, and clinical application value is high.
