网络谣言中大学生公民责任缺失现状及成因分析

摘　　要：网络技术促进了经济社会发展,但也滋生了网络谣言等社会风险。大学生作为网民主力军,在享受网络快捷的同时遭受了网络风险的影响和冲击。以网络谣言对大学生的影响为切入点,通过分析近些年的网络谣言案例,显示出大学生公民责任严重缺失,主要表现为公民意识薄弱、责任意识淡化、诚信品质缺失、网络行为失范等特征,并探究了大学生自我特性因素、网络技术因素、学校教育因素、社会环境因素和文化多元化因素是造成大学生公民责任缺失的主要原因,对高校如何建构大学生良好网络道德责任感提供必要的参考依据。While Intemet technology promotes economic and social development, it also brings about social risks like network rumors. As the majority of Internet users, college students are exposed to such risks when they enjoy the convenience of the Internet. The analysis of Interact rumor cases in recent years reveals that college students lack the sense of civic responsibility to a considerable extent,which is mainly displayed in their weak citizen conscious- ness and sense of responsibility,their lack of honesty, and their inappropriate behaviors on the Internet. This paper also explores the main reasons for such phenomenon, which are the characteristics of current college students, net- work technology, school education, social environment and diversification of culture. We hope that the study can provide for colleges and universities points of reference on how to develop students＇ good sense of network moral re- sponsibility.
