摘 要:振动与噪声问题是影响汽车乘坐舒适性的重要因素,车辆行驶时轮胎—路面噪声、风激励噪声、动力传动系统等产生噪声都不可避免地传到车内。为提高车内人员的乘坐舒适性和降低汽车的通过噪声,提出采用GMT材料在汽车底盘处加装功能性护板,给出两种能够吸收噪声的底盘功能性护板方案;建立控制整体噪声的系统模型,达到减少车内噪声和通过噪声的目的。对总体设计方案和实际应用时需考虑相关因素进行分析。The vibration and noise problem is an important factor affecting the vehicle riding comfort. When the vehicle is traveling, the tire-road noise, wind noise and noise generated by power system are inevitably transmitted to the vehicle interior. To improve the riding com- fort of the driver and reduce the noise of the car pass-by, GMT material was used to make protection plate which was installed at the car chas- sis cover. Two kinds of chassis protection plate cover programs were propose by which noise could be absorbed. A system model to control the overall noise was established to reduce interior noise and pass-by noise. Overall design program and relevant factors should be taken into ac- count were analyzed.
