摘  要:以无镀层和Al-Si镀层Boron钢板为研究对象,分别采用激光拼焊技术制作成多段式坯料,应用已有热冲压模具生产零件。通过对基板和焊缝的力学性能、金相组织和断面硬度的分析,比较了激光拼焊无镀层和Al-Si镀层Boron钢板热冲压性能的区别。In this article, Boron steel with and without A1-Si coating are taken into research, they are manufactured by multi-sec- tion blanks by tailor welded technology. The two different blanks are used to produce hot stamping parts by the existing hot stamping tool. A series of analysis and comparison, which include the mechanical property, microstructure and sectional hardness of the sub- strate and weld seam, are applied to find out the difference between these two different tailor welded blanks after hot stamping.
