摘　　要：案例教学法在MBA和创业管理教学中得到广泛运用,但是在面向所有学生开展的"广谱式"创业教育中实施案例教学,目前尚无成型的模式可供参考和借鉴。本文基于应用案例教学法开展"广谱式"创业教育的价值揭示在"广谱式"创业教育中实施案例教学应关注的案例选材、教师角色和适用性等三个关键问题,并有针对性地提出了提高案例本土化的比例和水平、确立与国际接轨的教学案例标准、应用与时俱进时代感强的案例等策略。Case teaching is widely used in MBA and entrepreneurial management teaching. However, we cannot find ready-made model when it is applied in the ＂University-wide＂ innovation and Entrepreneurship education .This article makes a discussion of application of case teaching in the ＂University-wide＂ innovation and Entrepreneurship education in three as- pects： firstly, it is to deal with the practical difficulty of ＂University-wide＂ innovation and Entrepreneurship education through case teaching; secondly, it is to improve college students＇ ability of innovation and entrepreneurship with the help of case teaching; thirdly, it is to overcome the disadvantages of traditional pedagogical method through case teaching.
