校企联盟培养“职业适应性”人才研究:协同教育理论的视角

摘　　要：当前,高等教育所培养的人才与社会需求脱节,使得高校毕业生存在比较严重的职业不适应问题,导致大学生就业困难。根据协同教育理论的假说,高校和企业因"需求缺口"的存在,需要以"协同教育"缔结战略联盟来填补"需求缺口"。构建高等教育校企协同教育培养模式,是高校培养职业适应性应用型人才的重要途径。Nowadays, in higher education, talent cultivation does not meet the end, resulting in the sever career inadapt- ability and difficulties of employment of graduates. According to collaborative education hypothesis, universities need to forge alliance with enterprises in order to meet the end.Conaborative education is the internal demand of the development of enter- prises and the need of development and function expansion to universities. Tofoster innovation in collaborative education between universities and enterprises is an important channel to cultivate talents with career adaptability.
