摘　　要：在对保留工资理论分析的基础上,使用最优尺度回归方法考察影响大学生保留工资的性别、户籍、学历层次、学习成绩、工作搜寻强度、社会关系等相关因素可知,性别、户籍、学历层次显著影响保留工资水平。基于此,可对大学生就业难问题提出相应化解对策。Abstract： On the basis of theoretical analysis of bottom salary, the factors of sex, household registration, educational level, academic performance, job search intensity, social relations and so on are investigated to show that sex, household registration and educational level have influenced the bottom salary. According to these, countermeasures and suggestions will be put forward to solve the problem of graduate employment.
