摘 要:目的:考察不同孔径超滤膜对去除栀子苷热原工艺的影响。方法:考察不同孔径超滤膜去除栀子苷中热原的效果,以鲎试剂动态浊度法定量测定超滤前后栀子苷原料中内毒素含量,筛选去除栀子苷中热原的最佳工艺。结果:100 kDa孔径的超滤膜可较好地去除栀子苷药液中热原,对栀子苷成分的影响较小。结论:采用超滤法去除栀子苷中热原的工艺可行,可为其他中药注射剂及原料生产工艺中热原去除提供参考。Objective: To investigate effects of different aperture ultrafiltration membranes on removal technology of pyrogen for geniposide. Method: Effect of removal process of pyrogen in geniposide with different aperture ultrafiltration membranes was investigated,kinetic turbidimetric limulus reagent method was adopted to quantitative determine the content of endotoxin in raw material of geniposide before and after ultrafiltration,in order to screen the best removal process of pyrogen in geniposide. Result: The 100 kDa aperture ultrafiltration membrane could be better remove pyrogen in geniposide liquid,and it had little influence on geniposide. Conclusion: Ultrafiltration method could be used to remove pyrogen in geniposide,this result could provide reference for removing pyrogen in other traditional Chinese medicine injections and raw material production processes.
