摘　　要：目的:建立同时测定大花红景天提取物中没食子酸、红景天苷、酪醇、对香豆酸4种成分含量的HPLC法。方法:Phenomenex Luna C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相乙腈-0.3%冰醋酸溶液梯度洗脱,流速0.7 mL.min-1,检测波长275,308 nm,柱温40℃。结果:没食子酸、红景天苷、酪醇、对香豆酸分别在0.435～13.912 mg.L-1(r=1,n=6),22.813～730 mg.L-1(r=0.999 8,n=6),7.819～250.200 mg.L-1(r=0.999 8,n=6),1.618～51.760 mg.L-1(r=0.999 8,n=6)呈良好的线性关系,加样回收率均符合含量测定要求。结论:该含测方法简便、准确,可以用于大花红景天提取物中4个成分的含量测定。Objective： To establish an HPLC method for content determination of gallic acid, salidroside, tyrosol and p-coumaric acid in Rhodiola Extract. Method： Phenomenex Luna C18 column （4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm） was used with the mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.3% HAC at a flow rate of 0.7 mLmin-1. The detection wavelength was set at 275 and 308 nm and the column temperature was maintained at 40 ℃. Result： The linear ranges of gallic acid, salidroside, tyrosol and p-coumaric acid were in the range of 0.435-13.912 mgL-1 （r=1, n=9）, 22.813-730.00 mgL-1 （r=0.999 8, n=6）, 7.819-250.20 mgL-1（r=0.999 8, n=6）, 1.618-51.76 mgL-1 （r=0.999 8, n=6）. The average recoveries of four components were in accordance with the determination requirement. Conclusion： This method was simple, accurate and reproducible for the four components determination of the Rhodiola Extract.
