摘 要:沥青-石料的界面黏结性能直接决定了沥青混合料的强度、耐久性、稳定性等路用性能。根据表面能理论建立沥青-集料界面的黏附模型,通过黏附性模型计算了3种沥青与3种石料的黏附功,并以此为指标评价沥青-石料的界面黏结性能;然后通过室内石板材抗剪强度试验验证了表面能理论分析的正确性;最后利用灰关联理论分析黏附功、黏度、酸值、碱值等因素与抗剪强度的关联程度。结果表明:抗剪强度试验与表面能理论分析结果相一致;在众多影响因素中表面能理论指标黏附功与抗剪强度的关联性最好;进一步说明了表面能理论作为一种定量评价沥青-集料界面黏结性能的方法和标准是可行的。Interfacial bonding properties of asphalt-stone directly determines the road performance of strength, durability, and stability of the asphalt mixture. This paper firstly established the model of adhe-sion of asphalt-aggregate interface adhesion model based on the surface energy theory, calculated three as-phalt and three stone work of adhesion through the adhesion model and further evaluated asphalt-stone in- terracial bonding properties by these indicators; then verified the theoretical analysis of surface energy through the the indoor stone slab shear strength test;finally, used gray relational theory to analyzing the association degree between shear strength and the factors such as the work of adhesion, viscosity, acid val-ue and base value. The result shows that shear strength test and the surface energy of the theoretical anal-ysis results are consistent;the association degree between shear strength and the surface energy indicators is best in many influencing factors; further shows the surface energy theory as one quantitative evaluation method and standard of asphalt-aggregate interfacial bonding properties is feasible.
