摘 要:为研究细集料特性对沥青混合料性能的影响,提出了一种测量集料内摩擦角的实验仪器。通过试验优化了桶的直径、孔径大小、桶高和桶底与仪器底座的高度,研究了内摩擦角与细集料流动时间、间隙率和砂当量的关系。研究结果表明,内摩擦角与细集料特性存在一定的关系,内摩擦角可以间接反映细集料的棱角性、砂当量值。因此,可以将内摩擦角作为一个补充性指标,用来指导抗高温的沥青混合料集料级配的设计。In order to study the influence of fine aggregate properties on asphalt mixture performance, a new instrument is proposed to measure internal friction angle of the fine aggregate. The diameter, pore size, height of barrel and the height of bottom of the barrel with the instrument are optimized by experi-ments. The relationships between internal friction angle and fine aggregate angularity, sand equivalent, flow time are researched. The results show that there is a certain relationship between internal friction an- gle with fine aggregate properties. The internal friction angle can indirectly reflect the angularity of fine aggregate, sand equivalent. Therefore, the internal friction angle as a complementary index, is used to guide the anti-high temperature asphalt mixture gradation design.
