双向参与多重确认制度在门诊胃肠镜检查前的应用研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨双向参与多重确认制度在门诊患者行胃肠镜检查前的应用效果。方法:选择门诊检查患者3 010例次作为试验组,运用双向参与多重确认制度进行核对。选择门诊检查患者2 704例次作为对照组,运用传统核对法进行核对。比较两组核对法的不良事件发生情况。结果:试验组的各不良事件,即检查患者错误、检查部位错误、无痛与非无痛操作错误及胃肠道准备错误的发生例数均少于对照组。结论:双向参与多重确认制度高度重视患者及家属在检查前查对与确认工作中的参与作用,充分利用"患者人力资源",将其作为医疗护理行为安全的把关者,促进了医护患沟通,提高了检查安全。Objective To explore the mutual participation of multiple confirmation system application in clinic patients before the examination of gastrointestinal endoscopes.Methods Ambulatory patients were examined in 3010 cases as experimental group,using two-way participation of multiple confirmation system check.Selection of ambulatory patients were examined in 2704 cases as control group,using the traditional method of check check.Adverse events were compared between the two groups in the incidence of checking method.Results The adverse events in the experimental group,the patients were examined,check the position error errur, painless and non painless operation error and gastrointestinal preparation errors of the cases were less than the control group.Conclusion Two-way participation of multiple confirmation system attaches great importance to the patients and their families before the examination to check and confirm the work role,make full use of ＂With human resources＂,as the medical nursing safety checks,and promote the medical trouble communication,improve the inspection and safety.
