摘　　要：原发中枢神经系统生殖细胞瘤是儿童及青少年中枢神经系统的常见肿瘤。近年来,随着诊治手段的不断提高,特别是放化疗综合治疗技术的提高,生殖细胞瘤的治疗模式已经从单纯提高生存率转变为目前的在不降低生存率的前提下,尽量选择减少远期副反应的治疗方式。Primary central nervous system germ cell tumor is children and adolescents common tumors of the central nervous system. In recent years, with the continuous improvement of the diagnosis and treatment methods, especially the improvement of radiation and chemotherapy comprehensive treatment technology, the treatment of germ cell tumor model has been developed from the simple to improve survival rate into the current in the premise of lower survival rate, choose as far as possible to reduce side effects of long-term treatment.
