摘  要:对毕节烟区8个烟叶主产县的31个样品的常规化学成分进行分析。结果表明,全区烤烟钾离子和氯离子的含量偏低,烟碱含量偏高,总糖、还原糖、总氮含量处于适宜水平。聚类分析将31个样品分为3类,第Ⅰ类平均海拔1 369.1 m,其化学成分含量特征为中碱中糖;第Ⅱ类平均海拔1 632.2 m,其化学成分含量特征为高碱中糖;第Ⅲ类平均海拔1 838.5 m,其化学成分含量特征为低碱高糖。其中,第Ⅲ类烤烟表现出明显的清香型烟叶特征,且烟叶品质较好。To evaluate the effects of different altitude conditions on the chemical components of flue-cured tobacco in Bijie city, the conventional chemical components of 31 samples in 8 leading producing counties of tobacco in Bijie tobacco-planting areas were analyzed. The study showed that the content of potassium and chloride ion was low in flue-cured tobacco in the whole area, while the content of nicotine was high. And the content of total sugar, reducing sugar and total nitrogen was at an appropriate level. In terms of clustering analysis, 31 samples are classified into 3 types. Type Ⅰ is in an average elevation of 1369.1 meters, which is characterized by medium alkali and medium sugar in chemical components; Type Ⅱis in an average elevation of 1632.2 meters, which is characterized by high alkali and medium sugar; and Type Ⅲ is in an average elevation of 1838.5 meters, which is characterized by low alkali and high sugar. The class Ⅲ flue-cured tobacco showed obvious clear-flavonr tobacco leaf characteristics and better quality.
