摘  要:为了探索植物病原菌对取食同一寄主害虫的生长和繁殖的影响,选用能同时危害玫瑰的链格孢菌(0845号菌株)和月季长管蚜作为研究对象,用不同浓度链格孢菌代谢产物的乙醇粗提物(0.5mg/mL,1mg/mL,5mg/mL,10mg/mL,20mg/mL,30mg/mL,50mg/mL,100mg/mL)处理感染月季长管蚜的月季苗。结果显示:链格孢菌粗提物处理后,月季长管蚜在月季上的繁殖速度减慢,但粗提物对蚜虫的抑制效果与粗提物浓度不成正比;5mg/mL粗提物处理抑制月季长管蚜效果最好,14d时蚜虫数量增长率为88%(对照增长率为442%),26d后蚜虫数量增长166%(对照增长率为1 073%)。试验浓度的链格孢菌粗提物对月季苗均无明显伤害作用。结论:研究结果为利用低浓度病原菌代谢产物诱导植物抗虫的深入研究和应用奠定了一定基础。The young rose plants damaged by M. rosirvorum were infected by Alternaria extracts with different concentration to study the effect on growth and reproduction of M. rosirvorum. The results showed that the Alternaria extract could reduce the reproduction rate of M. rosirvorum but there was no direct proportion relationship between Alternaria extract concentration and inhibition effect. The inhibition effect on M. rosirvorum infected by 5 mg/mL Alternaria extract was the best among all tested treatments and its growth rate of aphid number after 14 d and 26 d was 88% (CK 442%) and 166% (CK 1073 %) respectively. All tested Alternaria extract with different concentrations had no obvious damage to young rose plants. The research results may lay the foundation for further research and application of insect resistance induction by using pathogen's metabolites with low concentration.
