消化性溃疡伴出血患者睡眠质量与社会支持分析

摘　　要：目的探讨消化性溃疡伴活动性出血患者的睡眠质量和社会支持度。方法采用匹茨堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)和社会支持评定量表(SSRS)调查25例消化性溃疡伴活动性出血患者及与25例匹配的正常对照组的睡眠质量指数及社会支持情况。结果与对照组相比,消化性溃疡伴出血患者的PSQI总分降低,存在入睡时间长,睡眠障碍(P<0.05)。消化性溃疡伴出血患者的社会支持总分、客观支持分、主观支持分及对支持的利用度均低于正常对照组(P<0.05)。结论消化性溃疡伴出血患者存在睡眠障碍及社会支持缺陷。Objective To investigate the sleep quality and social support in patients with peptic ulcer complicated with gasrtointestinal bleeding. Methods The pittsburgh sleep quality index （PSQI） and social support rating scale （SSRS） were used to investigate the sleep quality and social support in 25 eases of peptic nicer complicated with gasrtoimestinal bleeding and 25 matched healthy control. Results Compared with control group, the patients have lower PSQI scores, longer sleep latency （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The scores of SSRS were also decreased （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Peptic ulcer complicated with gasrtointestinal bleeding is associated with sleep disorders and social support defects.
