摘　　要：目的　探讨CD44v6表达与胃癌生物学行为及转移的关系。方法　应用免疫组织化学方法检测CD44v6在 2 0 5例胃癌组织中的表达。结果　胃癌CD44v6表达阳性率为 47 3% (97/ 2 0 5 )。分化型胃癌的v6阳性率为 6 7 4% (5 8/ 86 ) ,未分化型胃癌的阳性率为 32 8% (39/ 119) ,两者差异有显著性 (χ2 =2 2 70 ,P <0 0 0 1)。v6的表达在静脉侵犯组为 5 3 6 % (6 7/ 12 5 ) ,较无静脉侵犯组 (37 5 % ,30 / 80 )为高 (χ2 =4 45 ,P <0 0 5 )。肝转移组的v6阳性率为 70 2 % (33/ 47) ,明显高于无肝转移组(4 0 5 % ,6 4/ 15 8) (χ2 =11 6 6 ,P <0 0 0 1)。Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of CD44v6 and the biological behavior and metastasis of gastric carcinoma.[WT5”HZ] Methods [WT5”BZ] The expression of CD44v6 was examined in 205 cases of gastric cancer by immunohistochemical technique.[WT5”HZ] Results [WT5”BZ] CD44v6 expression was found in 97 out of 205 cases of gastric cancer (47 3%). CD44v6 was detected in 58 out of 86 cases (67 4%) of differentiated carcinoma and in 39 out of 119 (32 8%) cases of undifferentiated carcinoma. The difference was significant (χ 2=22 70, P <0 001). The detection rate in venous invasion group was 53 6% (67/125) compared with 37 5% (30/80) in non venous invasion group (χ 2=4 45, P <0 05). The v6 expression was more frequently seen in hepatic metastasis group (70 2%, 33/47) than in non hepatic metastasis group (40 5%, 64/158) (χ 2=11 66, P <0 001).Conclusions CD44v6 may play an important role in hematogenous metastasis of gastric carcinoma.
