铝合金特种工艺专用脉冲电源的研制

摘　　要：针对铝合金特种工艺对脉冲电源的要求,以32位DSP芯片TMS320F2809为控制核心,采用变换的全桥拓扑结构电路,研制了一种专用数字脉冲电源。介绍了数字脉冲电源原理,阐述了主电路、控制电路、保护及驱动电路等的设计方法。系统可通过调节直流电压的大小来满足不同电压输出的要求,同时可分别调节正、负脉冲幅值。该电源满足各项技术要求,电源运行良好,已成功应用于铝合金特种工艺实验中。According to the requirments of special process of Al alloy, this paper presents a kind of dedicated pulse power soure based on TMS320F2809 DSP,and uses a variable full-bridge topology based on IGBT.The principle of the digital pulse power source are shown, and the design method of the main circuit, control circuit, drive circuit and protection circuit are established.By adjusting the size of the DC voltage to meet the requirements of different voltage output, and the positive and negative pulse amplitude are adjusted separately.The power system meets all the technique requirements, and has been successfully used in special process experiments of Al alloy.
