摘　　要：目的探寻诱导型一氧化氮合酶(iNOS)和P53基因在口腔鳞癌中的表达及与预后的关系。方法采用免疫组化的方法检测16例正常口腔黏膜,72例口腔鳞癌组织的iNOS和P53表达情况,并分别绘制生存曲线,进行生存分析。结果 iNOS与P53蛋白均在OSCC组织中阳性表达(P<0.05),且两者表达呈正相关关系(P<0.01)。并分别与口腔鳞癌的分期、病理分级有关(P<0.05)。而都与肿瘤有无淋巴结转移无关(P>0.05)。iNOS表达阳性者的累积生存率明显低于与阴性者;而P53表达阳性者的累计生存率较表达阴性者有下降,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 iNOS和P53的表达之间有明显相关性,iNOS基因的表达对口腔鳞癌的预后有明显影响。Objective To study the expression of inducible nitric oxide synthase （iNOS）and P53in the gene in oral squamous cell carcinoma （OSCC） and its relationship with prognosis. Methods Using immunohistoehemieal method, we detected the expression of iNOS and P53 of 16 cases of normal oral mueosa, 72 patients with OSCC, and drew the survival curves for survival analysis respectively. Results iNOS and P53 protein had positive expression in OSCC tissue （P 〈0.05）, and there was a positive correlation between them（P 〈0.01 ）. The ex- pression of both had relation with the staging of oral squamous cell carcinoma and pathological grade （P 〈0.05）, but there was no relation with lymph node metastasis （P 〉0.05 ）. The cumulative survival rate of cases who had positive expression of iNOS was significantly lower than that of cases who had negative expression; the cumulative survival rate of cases who had positive expression of P53 declined compared with that of the cases who had negative expression, but there was no statistical significance. Conclusion There is significant correlation between the expres- sion of iNOS and P53. iNOS gene expression affects the prognosis of OSCC significantly.
