摘　　要：由于科学精神的误读、商品经济的融入、教育管理的滞后,导致了医师人文执业能力的缺失。在此分析的基础上提出培养、增强医师人文执业能力的途径和方法,即在"知-信-行"理论的指导下,学习人文医学的相关知识、树立救死扶伤的执业态度、践行以人为本的行医理念。The misreading of scientific spirit, integration of the commodity economy and education manaSement lagging lead to a lack of humanistic capability of certified physicians. We put forward ways and means to cultivate humanistic capability of certified physicians on the ba- sis of this analysis, that is, under the guidance of the KABP theory, to learn relevant knowledge of humanities medicine, establish a life-saving practice attitude and carry out the people-oriented practicing medicine philosophy.
