摘  要:为强化空中交通管制员工作负荷的内涵研究,经统计回归分析得到管制员工作负荷与工作绩效的拟合函数,进而应用灰色统计评估方法建立了基于绩效的管制员工作负荷等级评定模型。实例分析中,将成都地区管制员工作负荷划分为"极高"、"高"、"适中"、"低"4个灰类,建立了各灰类的白化权函数,并针对3个扇区的管制员工作负荷进行了等级评定,结果分别为"极高"、"高"、"适中"。经在管制专家中开展层次分析法进行主观评判,3个扇区的管制员工作负荷权值依次为0.52,0.28,0.20,证明所提方法有效。To strengthen content research on workload of air traffic controller, a grade assessment model based on work performance was established, by means of grey statistical evaluation method in view of functional relation between workload and work performance of air traffic controller fitted after statistical regression analysis. In the case analysis, the workload of air traffic controller in Chengdu was graded by 4 grey types,including extremely high, high, medium, and low, identified with whitening functions ; and the grey type assessment was performed pertain to 3 sectors, with the results of extremely high, high, medium respectively. The proposed method was verified effective since the results were in fairly good consistency with the workload weights at 0.52,0.28, and 0.20 of each sector accordingly,which came from the subjective assessment by experts in air traffic control applying the analytic hierarchy process.
