某型客机风挡雨刷系统故障分析

摘　　要：针对某型客机风挡雨刷系统在飞行过程中被气流吹离正常停放位置的故障,利用CFD软件对该型客机风挡雨刷系统进行了气动力分析。同时利用气动力分析结果,找出了导致风挡雨刷系统发生故障的主要原因并设计了加装导流板的排故方案。最终,通过试飞对故障原因和排故方案进行了验证。Directed at the failure that one civil aircraft windshield wiper system was blown away from parking position, this paper analyzed aerodynamic force of the faulted windshield wiper system. By using analyzing result, this paper find out the failure cause and designed a flow deflector to eliminate it. Finally, the failure cause and flow deflector solution have been checked by flight test.
