从北大改革看蔡元培的教育救国思想

摘　　要：蔡元培先生在执政北大期间对北大进行了彻底的改革,这些改革实践值得我们高等教育管理者借鉴和思考,可以使我们沿着蔡先生教育救国的思想来发展今天的高等教育,加强我国人才的培养机制和科学技术的研究。通过了解蔡元培先生在北大的教育实践,使现代的教育领导者从中受到启发,对现在大学的管理和改革有所深思,努力办好现代中国的大学。CaiYuanpei carried out reforms in Peking University when he was as the president . The experiences of the reform is worth learning by cotemporary people in China . Following in Mr Cai＇s footstep , we should strengthen the cultivation system of talents and science and technology in our country. The paper focuses on Mr Cai＇s educational practices in Peking University, which helps our educational authorities promote reforms of the modern universities in order to run Chinese Universities well.
