摘　　要：成都航空职业技术学院坚持准确定位、科学发展,主动把航空产业链和区域经济发展圈的需求作为自身创新发展的原动力,成立产教联盟,从顶层设计着手,自顶向下地系统深化与优质企业的合作,形成教育与产业对接的常态化运行机制,积极探索并创新形式多样的校企共育高端技能型人才的办学模式,实现"资源共享、优势互补、互利共赢",取得显著成效,办学实力和服务社会能力得到进一步增强。Chengdu Aeronautic Polytechnic adheres to the accurate positioning and scientific development, takes the reqirements of the aviation industrial chain and the regional economic development circle as the motive power of its inno- vation and development, sets up the production - teaching unions, makes designs from top level, deepens top - down coop- eration with high - quality enterprises, forms the normalized operation mechanism between education and industry, realizes the goal of resource sharing, complementary advantages, mutual benefit and win - win result, explores and innovates vari- ous forms of training school - running models of high - skilled talents by schools and enterprises, and makes remarkable achievements, so the schooling capability and social service ability of Chengdu Aeronautic Polytechnic are further en- hanced.
