摘  要:目的研究医学院校教学管理人员职业倦怠情况。方法采用Maslach国际通用职业倦怠量表(MBI-HSS)对某医学院校的103名教学管理人员进行调查。结果 (1)总体上某医学院校教学管理人员已出现职业倦怠状况。(2)女性情绪衰竭程度高于男性;未婚人员的情绪衰竭程度高于已婚人员;45岁以上教学管理人员的情绪衰竭、去个性化程度高于其他人员;研究生学历的教学管理人员在情绪衰竭维度高于其他人员,在个人成就感降低维度上低于其他人员;具有高级职称的教学管理人员的情绪衰竭、去个性化程度高于其他人员;从事教学管理工作15年以上的教学管理人员个人成就感降低程度高于其他人员。差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论医学院校教学管理人员已出现职业倦怠状况。性别、年龄、婚姻状况、学历、职称、工龄等人口学变量对教学管理人员职业倦怠程度有重要影响。OBJECTIVE To investigate the job burnout of teaching administrators from a medical university. METHODS 103 teaching administrators from a medical university were assessed by MBI-HSS. RESULTS ( 1 ) Overall teaching administrators had some degree of job burnout. (2) The score of emotional exhaustion of female teaching administrators was higher than that of males; The score of emotional exhaustion of married teaching administrators was higher than that of unmarried; Teaching ad- ministrators aged 45 and over experienced higher emotional exhaustion and depersonalization ; The score of emotional exhaustion of postgraduates was higher than that of others, hut the score of low personal accomplishment of them was lower than that of others; Teaching administrators who had senior professional title experienced higher emotional exhaustion and depersonalization; The score on low personal accomplishment of teaching administrators who had over 15 years service was higher than that of oth- ers. There was significant difference (P 〈 0.05 ). CONCLUSION Teaching administrators have some degree of job burnout. The characteristics of gender, age, marriage status, education level, professional title and working years influence the degree of job burnout.
