摘  要:目的探讨南充市高校青年教师职业倦怠状况及其与社会支持的关系。方法采用MBI-ES职业倦怠问卷与社会支持评定量表对南充市3所省属本科院校40岁以下的辅导员、管理人员、专职教师共200人进行调查。结果使用SPSS15.0进行统计分析。结果南充市高校教师整体处于轻度到中度的职业倦怠状态,不同性别、教龄、职称的青年教师在职业倦怠各维度上存在显著差异。职业倦怠各维度与社会支持各维度呈显著负相关。结论南充市高校教师的倦怠状态尚不严重,但需特别关注教龄在10年以上及副教授职称的青年教师,相关管理部门可通过构建主客观支持体系,提升对支持的利用度来缓解职业倦怠。OBJECTIVE To investigate the situation of university young teachers' job burnout in Nanchong City and explore the relationship between social support and job burnout. METHODS 200 teachers younger than 40 years old from three provincial universities in Nanchong City were randomly selected, whose posts covered counselor, management staff and professional teacher. MBI-ES job burnout and social support questionnaire were conducted. The data were analyzed by SPSS 15.0 program. RESULTS University young teachers' burnout in Nanchong City was from mild to moderate in a whole, with significant differ- ence among different genders, school ages and positional rifles. There was significant negative correlation between burnout and social support. CONCLUSION University young teachers' burnout in Nanchong City is not serious, special attention should be paid on teachers with associate professor and school age longer than 10 years. Educational administration section can try to re- lieve burnout by establishing objective and subjective support system, and promote the availability of social support.
