摘　　要：目的了解大学生非婚性行为的现状及大学生群体对非婚性行为的心理感受,为大学生性健康教育提供参考。方法通过网络聊天群随机抽取457名在校大学生进行匿名调查。结果大学生发生非婚性行为的比率为27.5%;首次发生非婚性行为的年龄集中在19～21岁;83.8%的大学生发生性行为的对象为恋人,旅馆、酒店、出租房是发生非婚性行为最多的地方,84.6%的大学生不只一次发生性行为;在已发生非婚性行为的大学生中,对该行为有充分认识的仅为28.2%,体验到的负性情绪显著多于正性情绪,而未发生非婚性行为的大学生中有发生性行为意向的为18.1%,另有36.9%的人意向不明确。结论面对非婚性行为发生率所呈现的上升趋势,大学的性健康教育应以"疏"代"堵",引导大学生对非婚性行为形成充分认识,从而更加慎重和理性地对待非婚性行为,加强对学校周边环境的管理也有助于抑制非婚性行为的发生。OBJECTIVE This research investigated the status of college students＇ unmarried sexual behavior, so as to provide reference for sexual health education for college students. METHODS 457 college students from a random selection of network chat groups accepted anonymous survey. RESULTS 27.5% of the students had unmarried sexual behavior; Most of the first coitus happened in the 19-21 age range; 83.8% of unmarried sexual behavior happened between the lovers, frequently in ho- tels or rental housings; 84.6% of the students had sexual intercourse more than once, of whom 28.2% well recognized unmar- ried sexual behavior and less than one-third had various positive feelings; 18.1% of the students who didn＇ t have coitus yet showed the intention to have and 36.9% had no clear intention. CONCLUSION In order to deal with the rising incidence, lead- ing the students to form good cognitions of unmarried sexual behavior and strengthening management of neighboring environment may be the effective measures.
