摘 要:目的探讨2000μW/cm2电磁辐射对大鼠学习记忆功能的影响。方法实验分为空白对照组,假辐射组,1h/d、2h/d、3h/d、4h/d辐射组。将辐射组大鼠固定体位,头部接受功率密度为2000μW/cm2的近场辐射,连续辐射28d。通过Morris水迷宫检测大鼠的学习记忆能力,采用硫堇染色法观察大鼠海马组织结构的变化。结果行为学检测结果表明,假辐射组大鼠各项指标与空白对照组相比均无明显变化(P﹥0.05);而各辐射组大鼠的逃避潜伏期较空白对照组明显延长(P﹤0.05),在空间探索实验中各辐射组大鼠的空间探索次数明显减少(P﹤0.05)。形态学检测结果表明,假辐射组海马神经元形态与数目与空白对照组相比均无明显差异;而辐射组大鼠海马CA1区神经细胞数量显著减少(P﹤0.05),且细胞排列紊乱,胞浆尼氏体明显减少,细胞核固缩。结论 2000μW/cm2电磁辐射可导致大鼠学习记忆功能下降,其机制可能与损伤大鼠海马神经元有关。OBJECTIVE To evaluate the effects of 2 000 μW/cm^2 electromagnetic irradiation on learning and memory abilities of rats. METHODS Rats were randomly divided into normal control group, sham-radiated group, and lh/d, 2h/d, 3h/d, and 4h/d radiation groups. The rats in the radiation groups were fixed after microwave exposure of 2 000 μW/cm^2 for 28 days, then their learning and memory abilities were tested by Morris water maze experiment and the morphological changes in the hip- pocampal neurons were detected by thionin staining. RESULTS Compared with the normal control group, the sham-radiated group had no obvious change (P 〉 0.05), while the platform-finding time in Morris water maze test was obviously longer (P 〈 0.05), and the average number of exploration obviously reduced in radiation group. In the Nissl staining experiment, the mor- phology and quantity of the hippocampal neurons had no obvious change. In the radiation group, the hippocampal CAlregion was observed obviously pathological changes in the neurons, showing evident reduction in the number (P 〈 0.05) and disorder in arrangement. Moreover, a larger number of Cytoplasmic Nissl bodies were lost. CONCLUTION 2 000 μW/cm^2 electromag- netic irradiation can weaken the learning and memory abilities of rats possibly through a mechanism in relation to neuronal injury in the hippocampus CAlregion.
