摘  要:目的观察伞兵跳伞应激对唾液α-淀粉酶活性的影响,为使用唾液α-淀粉酶评定跳伞应激水平提供方法和生理依据。方法选取跳伞新兵50名(跳伞组),分别在登机前2h、登机前1h、着陆后0.5h以及着陆后2h采集唾液标本,检测唾液中α-淀粉酶活性和皮质醇浓度;另外选取不参加跳伞的伞兵20名(对照组),完成对照测量。结果从登机前2h至着陆后0.5h,跳伞组唾液皮质醇水平明显升高,每个时间点唾液皮质醇浓度均高于对照组;着陆后2h皮质醇水平虽仍高于对照组,但已经明显低于登机前2h时的水平。与唾液皮质醇浓度变化趋势相同,跳伞组α-淀粉酶活性在着陆后0.5h检测值最大,着陆后2h活性水平明显降低,不同时间点其活性水平也都高于对照组。跳伞前后唾液α-淀粉酶活性变化与皮质醇浓度变化呈明显正相关。结论跳伞应激对唾液α-淀粉酶活性有明显影响,唾液α-淀粉酶活性可以作为评估跳伞应激水平的重要生化指标。OBJECTIVE To investigate the effect of parachuting stress on salivary alpha-amylase reactivity of the parachutists during jumping. METHODS Saliva samples were collected from 50 novice parachutists 2 hour, 1 hour before boarding the plane and 0.5 hour, 2 hour after the jump respectively, and salivary cortisol and alpha-amylase were assayed. In addition, the control measurements were done to 20 parachutists without jumping at the same time. RESULTS The concentration of salivary cortisol increased significantly from 2 hour before boarding the plane to 0.5 hour after the jump and it was higher than that of the control at each time point. Although the concentration of salivary cortisol was still higher at 2 hour after the jump than the con- trol, it was significantly lower than that at 2 hour before boarding the plane. As salivary cortisol, the reactivity of alpha-amylase also increased significantly and reached its peak at 0.5 hour after the jump. It decreased significantly at 2 hour after the jump. The reactivity of alpha-amylase at different time points also was higher than that of the control. The change of alpha-amylase re- activity from before boarding the plane to after the jump was positively related with the concentration of cortisol. CONCLUSION Parachuting stress of the parachutists during jumping has significant effect on salivary alpha-amylase. Thus salivary alpha-amy- lase may be used as an important biochemical index for evaluation of parachuting stress.
