我国传媒产权制度变革过程中的制度边界现象分析

摘　　要：当前我国传媒产权制度存在诸多的制度边界。传媒主体对传媒产权制度边界的利用,对推动我国传媒产权制度的变革和完善起着积极的作用。传媒主体应利用制度边界满足自身的市场发展需求,制度的制定者应该研究制度边界以制定出科学合理的传媒产权制度。There is a large amount of institutional boundary in China＇ s property right system of media. It plays an active role to promote the reform and perfection of property right system of media by making use of the institutional boundary. This paper argues that media operators should take advantage of the institu- tional boundary to meet their needs of developing, and the policy-maker should research the institutional boundary to make a scientific and reasonable property rights system of media.
