摘　　要：目的探讨初中生自杀意念的个体易感因素及其影响路径。方法对1 815名初中生进行调查,筛选出具有自杀意念者共330名,利用路径分析探讨了初中生自杀意念的个体易感因素。结果影响初中生自杀意念的因素包括抑郁焦虑情绪、神经质、精神质、内向性、对自杀者态度、对自杀性质认识、对自杀者家属态度、情绪孤独、社交孤独、入睡困难、白天精力不足等,他们对自杀意念产生既有直接影响也有间接影响。结论个体易感因素不仅直接影响自杀意念产生,而且还会通过中介变量对自杀意念产生间接影响。Objective To explore the personal risk factors on suicidal ideation and their affective path in junior high students. Methods After intervention of 1815 junior high students, a total of 330 students with suicidal ideation were screened out. In order to find the effects of the personal risk factors, a path analysis was administered on them. Results The personal risk factors of suicidal ideation in junior high students included depression, anxiety, neuroticism, psychoticism, introversion, attitude towards suicide, attitude towards victim of suicide and their relatives, emotional and social loneliness, difficulty to fall sleep, lack of energy during daytime, etc.. The influences of these risk factors on suicidal ideation might be direct or indirect. Conclusion The personal risk factors may influence suicidal ideation not only directly, but also indirectly by other mediators.
