摘　　要：分析了当前大学生职业规划中的问题,阐述了高校辅导员在大学生职业规划教育中的重要性及应具备的素质,就高校辅导员指导大学生职业规划工作提出了具体的方法。This paper analyzed the current college students＇ occupational planning problem, elaborated the university counselors importance and the qualities in college students＇ occupation planning education. This paper put forward specific methods for the guidance of college students＇ occupation planning.
