浅谈职业指导在促进高校就业困难群体就业工作中的作用与途径

摘　　要：主要分析了高校就业困难群体的类型,阐明了职业指导的涵义,指出了职业指导在促进高校就业困难群体就业工作中的作用和重要性,最后提出了加强对高校就业困难群体进行职业指导的有效途径。This article mainly analyzes the different types of disadvantaged employee groups and clarifies the significance of vocational guidance. It also points out the roles the vocational guidance plays in promoting the employment of college graduates for disadvantaged groups and the effective ways to give the vocational guidance to them.
