摘　　要：网络谣言给社会发展带来了负面影响,对大学生的价值观、言行规范和诚信培养造成冲击。大学生应从以下三个方面着手:提高法律素质,遵纪守法;树立社会主义核心价值观,恪守公民道德规范;提升自律能力,提高公民意识。Internet rumors brought negative effect on the social development and negative impact on the college students＇ values, behavior norms and integrity cultivation. College students should go about the following three aspects to resist the internet rumors and fulfill civil duties： improving the law consciousness and abiding by laws; establishing the socialist corn values and abiding by the moral norms of citizens; enhancing self-discipline and strengthening the civil awareness.
