大学生社团组织发展的瓶颈及其对策分析

摘　　要：随着我国高等教育的发展,大学生社团组织逐渐走向了繁荣,越来越多的社团组织不断在校园里出现。但是大学生社团组织在其发展的过程中也遇到了越来越多的问题,这些都成为制约大学生社团组织建设和发展的瓶颈。分析了目前大学生社团组织存在的主要问题,提出了解决的对策,从而达到对大学生社团组织的正确认识。with the rapid development of China＇s higher education, college student organizations gradually grow prosperous, more and more organizations appear in the campus. But the university student community organizations in the process of its development have also encountered more and more problems, which become a bottleneck to restrict the construction and development of college students＇ associations. This paper analyzes the main problems of the present college students＇ associations, puts forward the countermeasures to achieve the correct understanding of college students＇ community associations.
