摘　　要：先天性纤维肉瘤是发生于5岁以下个体的一类少见的软组织恶性肿瘤。本文报道1例左侧头颈部巨大先天性纤维肉瘤患者,通过对该病例的临床表现、影像学特点、治疗及病理结果的报道,结合相关文献进行讨论、分析,以了解该病的诊疗现状。Congenital fibrosarcoma is a rare soft tissue malignant tumor that usually presents m the children under the age of 5. This paper reports a case of huge congenital fibrosarcoma of left hand and neck and reviews the relevant literatures regarding to the clinical, radiographic and pathological features to cognize the current diagnostic and therapeutic situation.
