摘　　要：①目的：评价可视麻醉咽喉镜在气管内插管麻醉见习教学中的应用效果。②方法：40．g学生随机分为可视喉镜组（n=20）和传统教学组（n=20），分别采用可视咽喉镜教学和传统模式教学，随后对学生进行理论考核和问卷调查。③结果：可视喉镜组学生的成绩明显优于传统教学组（P〈0．005）。大多数学生认为可视麻醉咽喉镜的应用能够提高他们的学习兴趣，巩固基础理论知识，提高操作技能。④结论：可视麻醉咽喉镜在气管内插管麻醉见习教学中的应用能够提高教学质量，是一种值得推广的教学方法。Objective To evaluate the application of visual anesthetic laryngoscope in anesthesiology clinic teaching.Methods Selected 60 students of anesthesiology were divided into two groups,Visual anesthetic laryngoscope group(n=30) used the visual anesthetic laryngoscope method in clinic teaching,Traditional teaching group(n=30) used the traditional teaching method in clinic teaching,evaluated the teaching effectiveness by theory test and questionnaire after class.Results The test scores of visual anesthetic laryngoscope group much better than traditional teaching group.Most of the students thought the application of visual anesthetic laryngoscope was very good.Conclusion The application of visual anesthetic laryngoscope in anesthesiology clinic teaching can enhance teaching quality,is worthy of popularization and application.
