摘　　要：宗地图是土地管理中一个重要图件。针对宗地图管理要求的特点,基于ArcEngine工具包,研究了根据用户要求进行宗地图注记批量编辑的工具。经过生产实践,证明该方法能够高效准确地实现宗地图注记批量处理。The Parcel plan is one of important maps in land management. The task of editing annotation is very onerous in parcel plan editing. For this feature, this research create an editing tool based on ArcEngine SDK. This tool can batch processing the annotation of parcel plan according to the user＇s requirements. The production practice proved that this method can batch processing the annotation of parcel plan efficient and accurately.
