摘 要:乙型肝炎病毒感染呈世界性流行。接种疫苗是预防和控制乙型肝炎的有效措施。但有1%~10%的人群在接种乙型肝炎疫苗后出现无/低应答,影响疫苗的免疫效果。因此探讨无/低应答的机制及对策,对乙型肝炎的防治具有重要意义。本文针对乙型肝炎疫苗接种后无/低应答的影响因素及其对策的研究进行了综述。Hepatitis B virus infection is a serious public health problem worldwide. Vaccination is the effective method to prevent and control the disease. However, quite a few ( about 1%-10% ) subjects who were vaccinated with Hepatitis B vaccines failed to mount a protective antibody response, as a result immuno-protecive efficacy of Hepatitis B vaccine was partly affected. Therefore, investigating the mechanism of non-or poor-response and the related strategies are important to overcome the problem. This review summarizes the influential factors that might affect the immune response to inoculation of Hepatitis B vaccine and the counter measures to solve the problems.
