摘　　要：黄河三角洲地区不可移动文物分布十分丰富,但是文物破坏甚至损毁现象也十分严重,这种现象主要是由于管理体制不健全,保护经费不足、使用不规范,基础工作薄弱,执法不严以及文物保护人才缺乏造成的。在黄河三角洲大开发的背景下,文物保护更是面临巨大的挑战,因此要拿出切实可行的对策,将文物保护工作落到实处。The unmovable cultural relics distribution in the Yellow River Delta is very rich, but the destruction and damage phenomenon of the relics is very serious. This phenomenon is mainly due to the unsound management system, insufficience and irregular use of protection funds, weak foundation work, lax enforcement of the law and be- ing lack of professional personnel. Under the background of the Yellow River Delta development, the cultural relic protection is facing a great challenge, and we should take effective measures to implement the cultural relics protec- tion.
