高原地区NAION的相关危险因素分析

摘　　要：非颞动脉炎性前部缺血性视神经病变(non-arteritic anterior ischemic opticneuropathy,NAION)是临床常见的由于供应视神经乳头的睫状后短动脉血流循环障碍而导致的视神经急性缺血、缺氧性病变。NAION是属于缺血性视神经病变(ischemic optic neuropathy,ION)最常见的一种,现就高原地区NAION的相关危险因素作一简单综述。Non- arteritic anterior ischemic optic neuropathy （NAION） is clinical common presentation of acute ischemic and anoxic damage to the optic nerve. The condition is caused by the blood circulation disorder of the optic nerve head supplied by the short posterior ciliary arteries. NAION is the most common ischemic optic neuropathy （ ION）. Now the related risk pathogenic factors of NAION in the population of plateau regions are reviewed simply.
