摘　　要：目的:探讨原发性大肠恶性淋巴瘤的CT征象,以提高该病的影像诊断水平。方法:回顾性分析经病理证实的5例原发性大肠恶性淋巴瘤的CT表现,并复习相关文献进行鉴别诊断。结果:经病理证实:5例均为非霍奇金淋巴瘤,其中B细胞淋巴瘤4例,T细胞淋巴瘤1例。在4例B细胞淋巴瘤中,弥漫性大B细胞淋巴瘤3例,黏膜相关性淋巴瘤1例。结论:原发性大肠恶性淋巴瘤的CT表现具有一定的特征性,CT检查对其定位、定性、鉴别诊断、临床分期和疗效评价等有重要价值。Objective： To discuss CT features of primary malignant colorectal lymphomas,so that to improve the level of ima- ging diagnosis for this disease. Methods：CT findings in 5 patients of primary malignant colorectal lymphomas were retrospec- tively analyzed,and differential diagnosis to be discussed combined with relevant literatures. Results：5 patients were confirmed by pathology： 5 cases were non-Hodgkin＇s iymphoma（NHL）,B cell lymphoma in 4 cases,T cell lymphoma in 1 case. In 4 cases of B cell lymphoma, diffuse large B cell lymphoma in 3 cases, mucosa associated lymphoid tissue lymphoma in 1 case. Conclusions：CT features of primary malignant colorectal lymphoma have certain characteristics. CT examination has signif- icant value of its location, qualitative, differential diagnosis, clinical stage and curative effects evaluation.
