摘　　要：考试是衡量高校教学质量的重要指标,而考试违纪却严重影响了高校人才培养的质量和标准。要减少考试违纪现象的发生和合理的处理违纪考生,完善的考试体系必须涵盖"预防-实施-处理"三个阶段。防范作弊,建立完善的考试体系需要从学校、教师、学生三个层面进行综合治理,这是一个系统的、长期的工程。Examination is an important index to measure the teaching quality of institution of higher ed- ucation; however, the phenomenon of cheating in examinations has a serious impact on the quality and standards of the university personnel cultivation. In order to reduce the occurrence of the phenomenon of cheating in examinations and reasonably deal with the students cheating in examinations, a perfect examination system must cover three phrases of prevention-implementation-processing. Guarding a- gainst cheating and establishing the perfect examination system need to be tackled in a comprehensive way from the three levels of schools, teachers and students, and it is a systematic and long-term pro- ject.
