摘　　要：认知评价论从人的内部动机出发,强调人的自我控制感、决策感、兴趣感、选择权等对人的激励作用。运用认知评价论反思高校教师的专业发展动力问题并进行整合体系构建,对于推进高校教师专业发展具有重要意义。Cognitive evaluation theory is from the point of view of human internal motivation, emphasi- zing self control, making sense, interest, and choice of the incentive effect.
