摘  要:整形外科临床教学面临很大挑战,必须用整合医学的理念去改革教学方式和内容。整合医学就是通过整合现有最先进的各方面知识去探索符合、适合人体整体需要的新型医学体系。整合医学理念贯穿于临床教学,既是现代医学发展的必然趋势,也是整形外科发展的必然需求。可以通过实施会诊式、转化式和循证式教学来提升整形外科临床教学质量。The clinical teaching in plastic surgery faces great challenge. We should reform the teaching methods and contents using the notion of Holistic Integrated Medicine (HIM). The definition of HIM is to explore a new medical knowledge system based on the demand of the whole body and a integra- tion of the current advanced knowledge in different disciplines. HIM should be applied in the clinical teaching due to the inevitable trend of modern medicine and the necessary demand of plastic surgery. We can improve the quality of clinical teaching in plastic surgery by using the mode of consultative, translational, and evidence-based medicine.
