摘  要:医患关系管理有效途径的缺失容易使医护工作陷入道德困境,导致部分医疗机构及其医务人员价值取向扭曲,从而影响社会和谐。新形势下产生的医患关系第三方管理模式是我国医患纠纷调解工作的一个新举措,其在合法合理维护医患权益、维护正常医疗秩序的同时,体现了公平正义的原则,彰显了以人为本的伦理思理,凸显了和谐可持续的发展理念,蕴含着深厚的伦理学意义。The lack of effective Doctor - patient relationship management is easy to make health care work in moral dilemmas, leading to distortion of some medical institutions and medical personnel's value orientation, thus affecting social harmony. The third party management of the doctor - patient relationship produced under the new situation is a new method for mediation of disputes. And it legally and rationally maintains the rights and interests of patients and doctors, maintains normal medical order, and embodies the principle of fair justice, highlights the people -oriented ethics thought and the concept of harmonious and sustainable development, contains a profound meaning of ethics.
