论医疗红包及医患普遍信任之建构

摘　　要：医疗红包是医疗行业的一大"顽疾"。在回顾总结已有相关研究成果的基础上,运用社会学信任理论并结合我国"关系本位"国情,对医疗红包现象进行分析,提出加强医务人员医德修养,强化医患目标共同体意识,注重医疗社会性预后,建立健全医疗制度等增进医患普遍信任的策略途径,以期减少并消除医疗红包。Medical red packet is the ＂ persistent ailment＂ in medicine. Based on reviewing and summarizing related research findings, combining our country~ condition of ＂ relationship based＂ , this article analyzed the appearance of medical red packet. Some countermeasures were proposed to enhance doctor - patient universal trust to reduce and eliminate medical red packet ： improving medical morality of doctors ; strengthening doctor - patient target community consciousness; focusing on the medical and social prognosis; establishing and perfecting medical system and so forth.
